This was my 2nd visit and it was just as good as the first. The duck confit starter & cod I had for main course were both delicious. I will be back !

L'Etoile in London was a little quiet when we arrived on a Monday night, but soon filled up. The a la carte menu is on the pricy side, but good value with the 50% off food offer. The food and wine were excellent, and while the waiters were a little odd, that added to the charm. But why was there a pair of scissors in the ladies?

Superb food for the price. A little daunting at first upon entry, as least for me. However the staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming. Deco a little tired and spoke of past glories. However, there was a rolls Royce outside and a prosperous party in a function room upstairs, so some glory remains. Excellent cheese course including a number that my girlfriend and I had never tasted. House red a decent choice from our perspective. A treat.

We visited Elena's L'Etoile for a working lunch on a Friday and found both the service and the food excellent. Coupled with the 50% off food this was great value and I would definitely consider again.
