For more than forty years, this family-run wine bar and restaurant has been the place for great Italian food in a warm, welcoming establishment. A cozy, intimate atmosphere prevails in the traditionally decorated dining room. The menu is Italian, but with cosmopolitan influences from beyond. Dishes like Saltimbocca alla Romana rub shoulders with hot salt beef or Dover sole. The pastas are particularly popular -- try the fettuccine with pesto or the tagliatelle carbonara. The international wine list is also Italian-influenced, delightfully so. Fino's is not trendy -- just friendly, delicious, and very, very good.

Lovely atmosphere and attentive service. Food is average but it's all about having a nice evening.
wonderful place with great ambiance and decor still from the 70's, packed with drinkers on a weekday evening inside and outside. Greeted by Stefano who recognised us from 32 years ago when we drank as young 18/19 yr olds! Lovely nostalgic trip. Great food with generous portions and good wine list. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend to others who want to capture that cosy italian family feel with good food & ambiance.
Average food, decent service
Great atmos, real old school feel.
Visited Fino's Wine Bar & Retaurant, Mount Street, Mayfair on 29th February. At 7.00 p.m. the restaurant was empty and appeared to remain so until 8p.m when one other diner arrived. This was our third visit - on previous occasions both the bar and restaurant have been busy - with much more atmosphere. The service was attentive, the wine reasonably priced and the menu had a good choice. Prices are very reasonable.
