Toptable says about Fish Hook

Fish Hook restaurant in London's western suburb of Turnham Green is a superb venue to explore beautifully prepared sea dwellers. Newly refurbished Fish Hook has elegant cream walls, simple wooden tables and chairs, piscatorial graphics and an air of relaxation and enjoyment. This is what all neighbourhood restaurants should be. Head Chef Michael Nadra offers most dishes as starters or mains great idea and brings an inventive modern European sensibility to his creations. Service is fleet and the crowd that gathers here is clearly enjoying itself. The international wines list includes Argentinians and Hungarians among the usual suspects. This is a local place worth crossing town for.

New reviews coming soon

Took my fiance to Fish Hook for his birthday as we'd read such great reviews and we were not disappointed. For starters we had the mussels and the crab tempura both of which were delicious. For mains, the sauteed cod cheeks and the sauteed scallops. Both went beyond expectations both in presentation and taste. Gorgeous. Dessert was the blueberry sponge and the pannacotta which were nice but the tuille on the pannacotta was a bit soft. With prosecco and half bottle of wine it came to £95. Great.

We had another excellent meal at Fish Hook. The food was perfect and the service impecable. The early menu is also great value for money.

A very comfortable and relaxed restaurant which I enjoyed eating in. The two course set lunchtime menu at the Fish Hook was good value for money with well presented plates of food. A glass of sauvignon blanc at £8-00 was expensive (but delicious)! Will certainly go back again.

it was a very busy valentines night here, the service was slow to start however as the evening picked up the food was being delivered plate after plate with lovely flavours and combinations of fish, my only gripe is how packed in your are next to the other table and for valentines it kind of lost that intimacy because of how close you are to the next table however the food was great
