Museum with 17thC and 18thC furniture and pictures, ceramics, glass, maps, local history displays and temporary loan exhibitions. Forty Hall is a grade one listed building built in 1629 for Sir Nicholas Rainton.

Forty Hall is currently closed for refurbishment and will reopen in spring 2012.
