Grace was wonderful . I'll be back
Grace in Gt Windmill Street was great value for money (with 50% off), and tasty food which fortunately made up for the very slow service. Only slight disappointment was with the dessert. Ordered the caramelised orange cheesecake with a shot of hot chocolate...only to get cheescake with a cold chocolate drizzle. After asking twice for the hot chocolate, I was given a small shotglass containing more cold chocolate sauce :S
We went to Grace on a Tuesday evening, 50% off drinks till 7pm and then ate at 8pm on the 50% offer. There was music playing but we didn't find it that intrusive, waiter forgot our side order but otherwise OK. We both had steak and at this money you can't go wrong!
Perfect pre-theatre meal! Cocktails were delicious as was the Camembert starter. We will go back!
Great, quick friendly service, nice Camembert starter, great value at 2 courses for £10. Choice of 3 starters and 3 mains, all looked gd .
