Events at The Gate Theatre

  • Forest Fringe at Gate Theatre

    Festival

    9 Apr 2012 to 21 Apr 2012

We’re delighted to be involved in this spring in the first ever Gate Guests season at Notting Hill’s award-winning Gate Theatre. This new collaboration has meant that for the first time we’re able to come to London for full two week residency. Each night will be a miniature festival in itself, featuring a headline act alongside an array of talks, films, music and work-in-progress performances curated by the headline artist. The first week will be headlined and curated by the brilliant writer and storyteller Chris Thorpe, a founder member of Unlimited Theatre. Each night Chris will be telling a different story, by turns funny, harrowing and brilliantly absurd.

  • The Kreutzer Sonata at Gate Theatre

    Drama

    6 Jan 2012 to 18 Feb 2012

A man boards a train alone. The confined space of the carriage triggers potent memories. Soon he is confessing to a terrible crime, one for which he holds Beethoven’s Kreutzer Sonata responsible.

  • The Summer House at Gate Theatre

    Drama

    28 Feb 2012 to 24 Mar 2012

An exploration of lost souls and buried memories.
