The Greenhouse
About The Greenhouse
Tucked into a quiet mews in London’s Mayfair, The Greenhouse restaurant is a Michelin-starred oasis of calm and excellence. Through dedication, hard work and immaculate attention to detail, The Greenhouse has been a favourite with locals and savvy Londoners for more than 25 years. Chef Antonin Bonnet uses the finest seasonal ingredients, naturally, in a frequently changing menu that takes the foundations of fine French cuisine and overlays them with an exquisitely sensitive touch. There’s a touch of the Far East and Middle East in Bonnet’s inventions, like the signature Saddle of lamb and raz-el-anout, sultana chutney, trumpet courgette and cinnamon couscous. The Greenhouse has one of the largest wine lists in the UK, featuring over 2,500 fantastic bins and it is one of a handful of restaurants to have won the Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 2005. Lunch has quite a corporate crowd, dinner is relaxed, and both are busy.

The food at The Greenhouse is fresh and modern. The staff were extremely polite yet friendly: it does feel as though you are part of the family! We had the tasting menu which was surprisingly filling although would liked to have kept some space for the cheese board!
Well deserved Michelin stars... food is outstanding. the promo 25£ for 3 courses is a great deal... service is excellent ... just a bit slow if you are going on a business lunch as I did!
The Greenhouse was good. Food great. Service a bit pushy with getting you to pay a lot extra.
The Greenhouse, Mayfair, London. Perfect service and excellent food, what more could you want from this level of restaurant? 6 courses sounds daunting but each portion is small so you leave feeling content rather than over full.
We had lunch at the elegant Greenhouse in Mayfair, taking advantage of the top table offer. It was a delightful experience, and marvellous value for money. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Food appeared at the table with a smile and a flourish. The amuse bouche was perfect, and then an innovative dish of heritage carrots with grains was followed by a perfectly cooked fillet of cod with artichoke vinaigrette. Glorious desert, then coffee and a remarkable assortment of petiti fours.
