Had a lovely evening and was enjoyed by all. Very impressed with the quality of the food and enjoyed drinks on the terrace. Thought the blankets on the seats was a nice touch as was the heaters (most needed. Some guys had never been before and was so impressed to find something so different and will make it their restaurant of choice now when in the area.
Lovely pub/restaurant in great setting. The service was excellent and the food really lovely. will be back.
The Gun was quiet post holiday period but still delivers on better than average pub grub in an attractive property with good service.
The Gun in Docklands is a gem. Great food - if you like meat, game and fish - cooked brilliantly. The potted crab and prawn was exemplary, steak was an excellent piece of meat, pheasant was delicious. Wine list is extensive although we missed the help of a knowledgable sommelier. Otherwise the service was impeccable, and the overall experience was a delight. We'll definitely be returning.
