Il Bianco
About Il Bianco
This side of London, the regenerated docklands area of the capital with its skyscrapers and stunning river view apartments, has brought with it a slew of great restaurants, Il Bianco among them. Appropriately design-led and modern, this light and spacious dining room with its huge plate glass frontage is nonetheless refreshingly different from its competitors. How? Simply put, the Il Bianco team realises that there’s no substitute for good, old fashioned Italian hospitality and warmth. So while the surroundings might be unabashedly cool (though, we think, unpretentious at the same time) the smiling service and high level of professionalism from the all Italian staff takes Il Bianco from steel and glass London to sunshine and stone Rome. A good selection of truly Italian food makes up Il Bianco’s menu, many of the dishes boasting a pleasingly sunny Mediterranean flavour with fish and seafood options particularly strong. Large portions at realistic prices and a good wine list complete the long list of positives.

Il Bianco, Canary Wharf, as usual provided good food in sizeable portions. Some of the blackboard choices are quite expensive but the pasta is very good value. Service was excellent. A little more expensive than it used to be.
Il Bianco was back to its best tonight - packed restaurant, genial staff and great food with a non scary bill! The ravioli with mushroom and truffle may even compete with my fave ravioli crab special!
Good service & food
As usual we had a fantastic meal and all along the way very attentive waiters. Will come back again for sure
Il Bianco pizzas are so amazing - really recommend the rustica! Even on a Monday night it was super busy though, so do be sure to book now as word seems to be spreading!
