Dedicated to bringing traditional Nepalese flavours to North London, the team at Everest Restaurant are keen to prove that the food of the Subcontinent doesn’t have to be hot to be authentic! Beautifully prepared using the finest and freshest ingredients, the food relies on the most delicate of spicing to make the most of both well known and less explored of Asian dishes, some very traditional, others contemporary and creative, specialty of the house. Located in an old fashioned timbered building, the Everest dining room has a surprisingly British look to it, the low, wood-beamed ceilings and dark furniture lending a cosy, country atmosphere. Service is impeccably polite, as important a part of the Everest experience as the food, and visitors really are invited to become one of the family during their time here.
