Toptable says about Incognico

Incognico restaurant on Shaftesbury Avenue in the heart of London's Theatreland has undergone a transformation. At the deft hand of renowned interior designer David Collins, Incognico has become a smart Parisian-style brasserie inspired by the luxe and glamour of the 1930's. Creamy walls are footed by dark wood panelling and the dark-and-light scheme is played out in the mahogany leather seating and gleaming white table linens. The menu features ingredients of flawless provenance in classic and simple European dishes served with flair. The wine list spans the globe with an impressive list of dessert wines. This is the place to go for pre-theatre eats with friends. It's usually buzzing and the service is impeccable without being obtrusive.

Good food. Good value. Slightly lacking ambience due to few visitors on a Friday lunch.

Incognico is fine with the TT offer as portions can be a little on the small side. Efficient service and a nice buzzy atmosphere. Lighting a bit too bright over the tables, could do with a bit of dimming down.
