I don't understand why there are so many good reviews for this place - ok the ambience is alright but your surrounded by an Amy Winehouse shrine and EVERYTHING is fried to within an inch of it's life

A much smaller venue than I had imagined, but cosy atmosphere. Although not an extensive dining menu, food is well priced and more options on Tapas/light snacks so caters for all.

Jazz in the Dark is a tiny unassuming place in the heart of soho. Friendly staff and good service Music was okay, considering this was the main reason we were there. It is really quite tiny and can get Claustrophobic.

Good unpretentious Jazz Venue. I had their Tuna main course - very tasty in a nice Spanish style sauce.

Went on a Saturday night to see the Ellie Murphy Quartet, who were great as usual. Would not go on the weekend again. Entry is £10 if you buy food, £15 otherwise. Food very average. Given the choice, would rather pay weeknight £5 entry and enjoy the music without being harassed to order food.
