Bianco 43 is a great little Italian restaurant in Greenwich. As it is small, with few tables, it is intimate but also quite noisy. The food was excellent; we had bruschetta to start, which we all said was the best we'd ever tasted. The main courses (lasagne and papparedelle with mushrooms and duck) were full of flavour. Unfortunately the tiramisu was sold out - possibly an indication of the quality? Very good and reasonably priced.
Perfect pasta at Bianco 43, although some of the other mains seemed a little small for the price (and one came without sides as listed on the menu). Service was ok but a little inattentive, the one person in our group who ordered pizza waited for an extra 15 minutes after the rest of our meals were served. The decor is really lovely, but the choice of music (cheesy pop) was a little odd. I would revisit for the quality of pasta (particularly the seafood spaghetti).
Food was very nice, service was good. The night got very weird towards the end after we'd finished desert and were finishing off our wine.. staff kept hovering around with the card machine and asking if we wanted anything else - reading between the lines, 'Go please'. This was never requested so were were left feeling very rushed and quite annoyed at this approach. We were also sat right next to the kitchen, and kept getting knocked by passing staff. Not the best.
Bianco 43 in Greenwich was small but lovely, delicious food and a large choice of italian wines. Service was great at first but suddenly turned very slow towards the end of the meal for some reason.
Bianco is a slightly odd restaurant. The food was nice though and well priced, the staff seemed a little clueless.
