La Porte de Indes never disappoints. The food is excellent and the service is consistently great.

La Porte des Indes offers a peculiar franco-indian cuisine in scenographic settings. I have been several times in the past 5 years and remains one of the best Indian in London.

La Porte De Indes was such a wonderful surprise. It looked so plain from the outside but the decor inside is just fabulous! So much detail, the photos dont do it justice. The service was unfaultable with a cheery smile and charming but never intrusive waiter. Food was nice, I had the crab for starter and it was delicious. If you want something a bit different, especially from an Indian I would highly recommend it. The Top Table deal made it great value.

The £18 menu is not a good value of money, the starters and the main courses were too small. My guests were not happy at all with the quantity and the quality, last visit was much more better.

La Porte des Indes is a charming restaurant partly based on the fact that the decor isnt simply minimalistic. The plants and the simplified waterfall add a degree of character. The food was good, though i personally would have preferred my fish fresh in the Fruit de Mer dish. A pleasant evening can be enjoyed here.
