Friendly, comfortable seating, good service. Unfortunately food is so-so for a gastropub.

The Lansdowne upstairs dining room was the perfect setting for our (civilised) hen celebrations in Primrose Hill. Our group of 11 girls was sat at a long table in the room with its gorgeous wood panelled walls and shuttered windows. The food was fantastic with food ranging from squid and borlotti beans to jerusalem artichokes to start, and then huge juicy rump steaks to mouthwatering pizzas for mains. Will definitely be returning very soon.

rather strange menu, food average but service was pretty good and fast and the pub downstairs is fab and nice and busy...the restaurant however could be with a bit more love in terms of decor and food
