Le Bouchon Bordelais
About Le Bouchon Bordelais
Bringing a touch of Gallic charm to South West London since the 80s, highly regarded Battersea restaurant Bouchon has gone from strength to strength, changing with the times but always sticking strongly to a policy of good French food. Recently refurbished to bring it bang up to date, Bouchon’s loungeis beautifully soft in Colefax and Fowler wallpaper, vintage leather settees and stripped back wood flooring, the dining room meanwhile is slightly more formal in its dark wood and harlequin tiles. Outside, a wonderful terrace is just the place for a summertime glass of wine from Bouchon’s fine list – or indeed something else delicious from the well stocked bar. Paying homage to brasserie and bistro dining, Executive Chef Christophe Dittrich has produce a menu both affordable and sophisticated, featuring decadent selection with a real French flavour, including steaks, charcuterie and that French classic; freshly baked bread.

Le Bouchon Bordelais in Clapham was great value for money. The cooking was exceptional. Every course tasted perfect. Amazing brandy coffees! My boyfriend was having snails for the first time and they went down a treat thanks to the fantastic flavouring . Would definitely eat there again. service was impeccable. They do need to sort out the wet dog smell in the bar though!
Good food, good atmosphere and good French service. Not my first time here and won't be my last
Great meal and lovely food but not cheap. The steaks apparently were very good. I had the cod with white beans/ tomatoes and chorizo - yum yum. Would some back.
Great food - great atmosphere - great service!
We went to Le Bouchon Bordelais last week. The food and service were disapointed. It lack of authenticity for a French restaurant.
