Hidden Burne-Jones Exhibition
Recurring event
Birmingham Museums and Art Gallery has the world's largest and most representative collection of works by the major nineteenth-century artist Edward Burne-Jones (1833-1898). This exhibition draws exclusively from this collection to explore the development and major themes of Burne-Jones' artistic vision through his life-long commitment to drawing. A substantial number of the selected works are being publicly exhibited for the first time and confirm the artist's brilliance and versitility as a draughtsman and provide many new insights into his work and career.
