Zia Teresa
About Zia Teresa
For over 50 year’s Zia Teresa has been a local institution. Voted The Independent's “Best Neighbourhood Restaurant”, quintessential Italian dishes are offered along with specialities from Sicily and Naples.
Located in the heart of Knightsbridge, across from Harrods and around the corner from Harvey Nichols, Zia Teresa’s classic 'trattoria' feel immediately puts guests at ease, offering a more intimate setting for family celebrations or corporate entertaining than many of the minimalist venues in the area.

The service was really good and I did enjoy the starter however the main (fish) was too salty and the wine a bit disappointing. My friend was happy with her pizza.
Zia Teresa in London has been going 55 years. The fried squid came in a light, almost tempura like, batter and went well with a creamy tartare sauce. The zia pasta marries a dark truffle paste with slightly astringent red chicory leaves in a creamy sauce. Wines include a Sicilian sauvignon and some from the Molise area.
Zia Teresa, opposite Harrods. Splendid as always!
Zia Teresa had an atmosphere which really reminded us of Italian restaurants we have visited on holiday. The service was similar too - a bit hit and miss, really quick at times but a bit odd at others. However, you could certainly have an express lunch here quite quickly. Prices for dinner were steep but in line with this part of London, and it looks like they have special offers at lunchtime. Servings were generous.
Zia Teresa was good to use the reward points for a free meal. Huge portions, good food, good service!
