The Warrington
About The Warrington
The Warrington Pub and Dining Room restaurant in London’s Maida Vale is a glorious historic space that was originally built as a hotel and is now beautifully restored with mosaic floors, stained glass, art nouveau friezes, marble fireplace and more. In the past, The Warrington has been both under the ownership of the Church of England and – it is whispered – also served as a brothel for an upmarket clientele. Now this terrific restaurant welcomes locals as well as some famous faces – Abbey Road Studios are nearby – for hearty British pub dishes made from fresh season produce. The Sunday roasts have achieved local fame and the bar is a favourite spot to take in major sporting events in style.

A lovely meal again at The Warrington - with the upstairs restaurant acting as almost a little undiscovered secret. The bar food in this pub is so delicious many never even venture upstairs to the dining room and only notice it on the way to the (very clean) toilets. Service was excellent and the overall bill was very reasonable consider our wine choice.. Will happily return.
The Warrington Restaurant in Maida Vale. Food and service fine, but noisy with the main pub below and many noisy children (outcasts from the pub?). Maybe just unlucky. Could do with a makeover, it is not exactly tatty but not smart either. The pub seemed much more popular and was completely packed.
Very nice meal in a good pub atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful.
