About Maxim Chinese Restaurant

Much beloved of Ealing’s eaters, the Maxim Chinese Restaurant in this West London neighbourhood is always busy, so be sure to book in advance. Often referred to as ‘Mrs Chow’s’ in homage to the kitchen’s famed head chef, Maxim’s is known for its home style cookery, often with an adventurous twist, Mrs Chow using fresh, quality ingredients to prepare authentic Chinese regional dishes as well as her own uniquely delicious creations featuring occasionally outlandish produce. Elegantly traditional, the interior of Maxim’s Chinese Restaurant doesn’t seem to often change but it’s classic Eastern décor has a timeless look that always feels right for the occasion. Large decorative screens surround the room while white dressed tables, the larger equipped with lazy susans, are lit by spotlights and garnished with simple floral arrangements. Affordably priced, the Maxim Chinese Restaurant provides luxury London dining for any occasion with the relaxed atmosphere and convenient location of a local favourite.

Maxim was as usual very good. The service is maybe a little too quick at times especially if you go in early on a busy night but the food is always great.

We had a girly night out at Maxim Chinese Restaurant Northfields, it was very busy, as usual but we were served quickly and not rushed. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, lovely evening.

Very busy but excellent staff - do no know how they keep so calm. Red Sauce Fish is fantastic, not really seen it on menu anywhere else. The prawn and pork wraparound makes great alternative to the crispy duck. Yum.
