About Mint Leaf Restaurant & Bar

A refreshingly different restaurant here in Central London which is wonderfully complemented by one of the longest and most enticing cocktail bars in the Capital where you can sink into large and comfortable sofas as you indulge yourself from a choice from the many exotic cocktails from around the world.

Under the direction of Head Chef Ajay Chopra Mint Leaf offers a mouth watering selection of both modern and authentic Indian dishes. Try the Chicken Tikka with kaffir lime leaf and coriander or Turbot seared with chilli, basil and lime and for vegetarians we have an extensive choice including a wonderful Grilled Paneer braised with onion, tomato and fenugreek. Enjoy the experience.

Toptable says about Mint Leaf Restaurant & Bar

Mint Leaf offers the antidote to the traditional curry house with flock wallpaper and gloomy décor. This West End Indian restaurant is dramatically lit and features natural materials such as dark wood, stone and leather. The bar is cool, sophisticated and amazingly well stocked with over 500 spirits and more than 1000 cocktails. The Mint Leaf concept has considerable thought behind it - rather than sludgy sauces, meat and fish is delicately spiced and then expertly grilled to produce exotic but healthy food. Please note, there is a 2-hour turnaround time on all tables booked before 7:30pm at Mint Leaf.

Mint Leaf was a nice choice for a Friday night but I was pleased that there was a 50% offer on the food as this made it 'reasonable' value - without it would be very expensive for what you got. Ate all vegetarian, for which they had a good selection for a reduced offer menu.

Mint Leaf restaurant near Piccadilly Circus. Food was very good, well presented and perfectly cooked, however lacked something special to make it outstanding. Ambience was nice with some live saxophone music. Decent value for money with TT offer. Recommended if you fancy slightly upmarket pan-Asian food.

Mint Leaf

My dinner guests were originally put off by the prospect of £24 curries, but with the 50% off and choosing a variety of sharing plates, the bill was actually very reasonable and the meal suitably filling, even if one of my greedier dining partners did have to go for some spring rolls afterwards.

Stylish decor, if a bit dark, combined with slick service to set it apart from your typical high street tandoori.

The toptable offer at Mint Leaf makes it worthwhile going. The food is subtly spiced compared to other Indian restaurants and the vegetarian selection is broader than expected. The paneer curry, aubergine starter and the asparagus are worth trying though the paneer starter was disappointing as was the water chestnut main. This is our third visit and the food standards have definitely slipped over time. The service is attentive and the ambiance still lively.
