An authentic Italian restaurant, Masaniello is situated moments from the river on Twickenham’s Church Street. Opened in 2009, Masaniello remains one of the town’s most celebrated dining rooms, providing a level of authenticity rarely seen in British Italian restaurants, not only in the food but in the atmosphere; equal parts friendly and family orientated, professional and sleek. The interior is classically styled in dark wood and cream, providing a warm, intimate setting for fine dining as well as lovely al fresco terrace. Head Chef Livio and manager Maria Lucia share a passion for the world of restaurants and the food of Italy, especially the Neapolitan region, from which the menu takes much inspiration. Combined with the best of Napoli is Massaniello’s Campanian cuisine, balancing rural and seafood ingredients in flavourful and colourful dishes cooked to order using the freshest and best ingredients or, where needed slow cooked in advance to maximise taste.
