About Canta Napoli

An intimate Italian dining room in pleasant Chiswick, West London, Canta Napoli is a relaxed and authentic Italian restaurant with friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Decked out in sunshine yellow and Tyrrhenian blue, Canta Napoli feels at once traditional and modern, the contemporary clean lines of new style restaurants brought together with the embracing family friendly atmosphere of old trattorias. Canta Napoli prides itself on offering an utterly authentic Italian dining experience which means of course that the food is absolutely authentic from start to finish. Ingredients are imported all the way from Italy to ensure they meet the kitchen’s exacting standards, and everything from steaks to pastas and pizzas are made to traditional recipes. Of particular note is Canta Napoli’s dessert menu, offering a range of Neapolitan treats rarely seen elsewhere in London.

Six of us visited Canta Napoli yesterday in Chiswick. I thought they could have dimmed the lights a bit more to create a better evening atmosphere. They were very slow to come to the table to take our drink and food order. There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant! My pasta dish was very good. The starter of parma ham and buffalo mozzarella was nothing to write home about. Homemade bread was very good.

Good traditional Italian food, good value for money, only issue is that the table was not clean, very off putting.

Canta Napoli in Chiswick is a great local Italian restaurant. The one waiter coped marvellously on a busy evening, and offered a free main course for a dish that was rather oversalted. That aside the food was good and a varied menu offering more unusual Italian fare and reasonably priced wine were available. Definitely a place to visit.

Canta Napoli is a sheer delight! We've been there during the week and on weekends (you must book!) and it's always been great. The food is imaginative and delicious and the service first rate.

Good quality food at canta Napoli in Chiswick - and at really good prices. Very authentic pizza in particular and great neapolitan sausage and broccoli dish. Waiter recommended excellent wine.
