Excellent value for money in a great location
This is a great place to stay whilst in London - close to the tube and around the corner from some great shops and places to eat - Regents Park & canal & London Zoo are right on the doorstep and it is a lovely walk along the canal to Camden Lock. Room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds, great shower - breakfast was superb - overall a fantastic experience
Cosy and charming
Very cosy and tucked away in a great neighborhood – about 10 mins from the St Johns Wood tube station. Although the rooms are over the pub, it's still very quiet. There are lots of locked doors between the guests and the outside, so I felt very safe. The hostess is very good at what she does – she even fetched my visiting friend, who was being drenched in a rainstorm on her way from the tube station. I liked this place quite a bit and would love to stay there again.
WANT A NICE PLACE TO STAY IN LONDON. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & VALUE CAN BE FOUND AT THE NEW INN. OUTSTANDING
This is a place I will reccomend to all my family and friends going to London. Exceptional value for money, clean and good size room. Jan the landlady is a lovely person, always willing to help and ensured our stay was fantastic. The Inn is located in St John's Wood and is about a 10-15min walk to the underground station. St John's Wood High Street is only about 5mins away and has everything - cafe's, postoffice, banks, drycleaners....etc. Location is perfect. Premises is great - good meals! rooms good size and very clean. Wifi access is free as well. I will be staying here again, wouldn't stay anywhere else in London now. Thanks for a great stay Jan and staff!

Great Service, Excellent Food & Useful Location makes for a Good Combination
Don't be put off by the premises being a pub - Jan Rooney and her staff have created a great place to stay at the New Inn which is halfway between Lords Cricket Ground and London Zoo (Regent's Park) with the added benefit of Greene King ales. The New Inn has superb food featuring both a classic evening menu as well as authentic Thai meals that are seriously tasty. Our room was clean, practical, the complimentary WiFi was very handy and overall the New Inn represents great value for money. Within easy walking distance are the Regents' Canal towpath (east to Camden Locks or west to Little Venice), Regents Park with London Zoo, Primrose Hill with good views over London and a little further Baker Street and Madame Tussauds.
Great Value, and nice location
I would highly recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers. My room was clean and well equipped, and friendly staff. Also the food is very tasty. For London lodging options, the New Inn offers the great value, and the location can't be beat. It is in a friendly neighborhood (not too my tourists) with many restaurant options, and about 7 minutes walk to the St. John Woods Tube station. The noise from the pub downstairs is only loud when they have a band performing, otherwise, the chatter from the pub is not too bad, and on the weeknights the noise definitely cease once the bar closes, and it is pretty quiet.
