Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Good size rooms. Close to the airport but 45 mins away from london city. You have to take the bus and train into london. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

OK, a bit run down.
Good points: hotel is large and you have a 24 hour snack bar and a bar as well. The negative issues: the condition of the room and the cleanliness. The chair at the desk, the floor, and the pull out sofa bed all had the same mystery stain that seemed to be something worth cleaning ...The bathroom reeked and the cloth shower curtain definetely needed a liner. We didn't get the room requested upon booking, but we were too tired to change rooms. Also Hoppa shuttles do not run every 15 minutes, they come for terminal 1,2,3, and another for terminal 4 and another for 5, ours was late and we missed our flight and had to pay a change fee.

Good place to stay overnight at Heathrow, convenient and nice.
Great place to overnight prior to flight out of Heathrow. We stayed one night due to layover going to Venice the next day. Easy to get to and if you do some homework you can get there for FREE. Local Bath road bus is free from the main bus terminal at Heathrow. Hotel is fairly new, rooms were nice and the buffet was above average. The desk folks helped us use the train service to london. There were some lines down so they routed us to downtown london via an alternate. It worked great. We will certainly return.
You can take the HOPPA bus to the airport for 4 pounds british.
Taking the free city bus is a little out of the way but you could save some money. We used the Jurys Inn on the return from Barcelona but both of us agreed that "Premier Inn" was nicer. Met some Aussies on a world tour and they like the hotel also.
We booked thru the website as other sites wanted fees and cancellation fees. Not a good way to go. We got a good weekend rate.

nice hotel
We stayed for one night before a flight from Heathrow and found it to be perfect. The room was clean and everything in perfect working order. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows! Bathroom very new and spotlessly clean with a fantastic power shower which is just what we needed before our flights!!
The restaurant wasnt bad value, expensive but not as expensive as most hotels and the free breakfast was delicious so no complaints there.
We used the tea and coffee up that was provided so rang room service to ask them to bring some more and within 2 minutes a girl had arrived with a carrier bag full!! There are also irons and ironing boards provided on every floor which was very useful.
The reception staff were also very nice and polite and I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Great value at L80 a night for two people including breakfast.

Excellent Hotel before Departure
We stayed here overnight 9 October before flying abroad the following day. Chose the hotel based on other comments and we totally agree. For an Airport Hotel it is extremely good value.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was first class. The restaurant Staff were very attentive.
Would not hesitate to stay here again
