Nice location, nice rooms, on the tube to anywhere you want to go

Location is a really nice area - Hotel is close to the tube (direct on the Heathrow line) and Earls Court Road (lots of places to eat). Stayed with two friends - room had three single beds which is...

Location is a really nice area - Hotel is close to the tube (direct on the Heathrow line) and Earls Court Road (lots of places to eat).

Stayed with two friends - room had three single beds which is great as often hotels just give a double and a roll out bed.

There was a kitchenette in the room too (with kettle, fridge, sink and delf/ cutlery) which was great for breakfast!

Rooms also had flat screen TV, free wifi & access to games and music. Didn't use them, but it sounded good!

Staff were friendly - couldn't really fault the place and I would recommend it again.

Thank you for your review, and I am pleased that you enjoyed our hotel. I hope that you took advantage of the exclusive discounts for base2stay guests at the restaurants you visited. I note your comments in respect of the on-screen internet and I feel that it may be helpful to clarify what internet services we provide.

For those guests travelling with a laptop, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and public areas, plus cabled broadband in each room for unlimited downloads and higher security (this is a charged service at £2.95 per hour, or £7.95 per 24 hours).

For our guests that do not travel with a laptop, we also offer a free internet service on the television in each room, using the wireless keyboard for access. Whilst this is not a broadband service nor intended to be a substitute for a computer, it is an added convenience for our guests to check their e-mail, social networking sites and other websites. If they desire to use a computer, rather than the television, guests are welcome to check their mail using the main reception computer in the evening.

We try to offer our guests as many opportunities to access the internet as possible by providing for each alternative option. I do hope that this clarifies our internet possibilities.

Nice Place To Stay

The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The rooms were spotless. The mattress was the best one we had on our week long journey. Very close to tube station. We would stay here again!!!
