I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have to say that I would class it as my one and only choice of hotel when flying from Heathrow and needing a hotel either before or after a trip. Our recent visit found us exhausted after a trip back from Phuket, Thailand and the staff were nothing less than inviting, friendly and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable we slept in the whole holiday and we decided as an extra holiday treat we would have room service breakfast which was served on time and hot, I am going to New York at the begining of March with my sister and have already booked our first night at this hotel because I know I will be getting a restful, comfortable nights sleep before we fly out early the following day. My sister likes the finer things in life and I had no hesitation in booking this hotel because I know it will meet with her exacting standards. Keep up with the high level of customer service Sheraton Skyline your all doing a great job.

We stayed here prior to getting our flight in August 2009. We managed to get a deal with the parking which worked out well and we found a space easily enough at the hotel car park, which is where the car remained for the duration of our trip. The car park didn't feel especially secure, but we didn't have any problems. The hotel room was very nice, rather better than we were expecting and I would be happy to stay here again. The pub style bar downstairs was a nice easy option for food and a drink, although the food was rather disappointing and quite expensive for what it was. Having said that it was convenient and easy with good service. The best tip for this hotel is to not bother with the hotel shuttle bus (£4 per person each way to Heathrow) and to use the public bus outside (free). To get the public bus, turn left out of the hotel walk to the traffic lights, cross to the other side and walk down to the bus stop (about 5 mins walk in total). Then get any bus going by that is going to Heathrow Airport which is pretty much all of them! If the bus looks a bit busy, wait for the next one. They seemed to arrive every 5 mins or so - so far more regular than the airport shuttle. They drop you in the Heathrow Airport bus station. Coming back was straight foward as well, just got the bus from Heathrow Airport bus station and it was about 5 - 10 mins back to the hotel. There is a forum topic on trip advisor giving more details about the bus route, bus numbers and which hotels are at which stop - search for 'Public bus service Bath Road - Heathrow'. Don't be put off by the fact that the 'free' service doesn't seem to be advertised anywhere, the drivers know and just waved us on.

Had a lovely, restful evening before our early morning flight. Service at the desk was very efficient and courteous and the doorman was very quick to see to our luggage both entering and leaving the hotel. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant hotel . Car parking was easy and collection also swifly dealt with by front desk. Taxi to Terminal 3 was £10 and saved us hanging around for a hoppa bus.

We have stayed at this hotel in a club room on a number of occassions and every visit has been excellent. I cannot fault the rooms, service or the club lounge. I have stayed at the Raddison Edwardian, Park Inn (not good), Renaissance, Sheraton heathrow (slightly cheaper, nearer terminal 5, they also have club rooms but without the view of the runway) and the Premier Inn (awful) and this hotel is far better than any of them.

I always reommend this hotel to people staying at Heathrow.
