Stayed here after returning from a late flight into Gatwick. Check-in and so on was smooth despite it being very late (around 11pm). The room was spacious and was fresh and clean. The hallway outside had obviously been recently recarpeted as there was quite a strong smell of new carpet. Bed was comfy, and linen crisp and fresh. Bathroom was fine, although shower (over the bath) a little feeble. We did hear a few planes taking off from Gatwick in the early-ish morning (starting at around 6.30am), but this wasn't a huge problem.

Breakfast (taken next door in the Parson's Pig restaurant) has a buffet style continental, and you order your cooked part of the breakfast. Despite this being an "all you can eat" breakfast, we were given no more than 1 sausage (overcooked), 1 piece of bacon, and I had to ask for my missing tomato (half) which I'd ordered but had been forgotten. The rest of the breakfast was fine, but I think the cooked part was a let-down. The attitude of the guy serving us left something to be desired as he seemed mostly concerned with getting rid of us, so he could go home.

Overall, a good experience and excellent value for money which was let down somewhat by poor breakfast service.

Was looking at various places near gatwick for an overnight stay and after reading the trip advisor reviews, decided to stay here. At £49, it wasnt the cheapest but i would rather pay that little bit extra and have a good night sleep.

It is in the middle of no where so unless you are in a car, taxis i guess can be expensive. It took us about 10 mins to get to gatwick south car park from here.

Rooms are reasonable and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and usual amenities like clean towels were present. No toiletries so you will need to bring your own. Free ample car parking available. Pub next door serves good pub food and drinks. Breakfast was extra but we didnt have it since we had an early flight.

Overall if you have an early flight from gatwick and need a good place to rest for the night, i can definitely recommend this place.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it! We stayed there with my mother in law to catch her early flight at Gatwick the next morning. Check in was a breeze and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, much better than a recent stay at a five star hotel in London. The pub next door, the Parson's Pig, had excellent food and a very friendly staff. We booked the hot breakfast the next morning and it was wonderful. The airport was 5 minutes away. For an easy and stress free stay before you leave Gatwick, stay here!!!!!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel before jetting off to Florida with my family! We booked 4 rooms for our family and got all the rooms together.

The best thing about this hotel is that although its a Gatwick hotel it's in its own woodland area which was a nice start to our holiday not overlooking a Airport or major road like most airport hotels.

Gatwick Airport is 6 minutes away which cost us £13 per car by a local taxi firm.

The staff were excellent, rooms were big and spacious with comfy beds and the pub restaurant next door served a nice variety of food. It was also nice to sit outside the pub in the sunshine and have a beer which you can't at most hotels near the airport.

Would recommend this hotel for couples and familys flying from Gatwick.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Pound Hill at the end of July and had a wonderful stay.

My Satellite Navigation wasn't working and got completely lost in the Balcombe area so decided to call the hotel direct to see if they could help.

The reception team were excellent!

So when I finally arrived after driving around lost for a few hours, the last thing I wanted was a lengthy check in you normally get at hotels. They receptionist quickly checked me in and I had a great night sleep.

The rooms are spacious and clean with lovely comfortable duvets and pillows.

Nothing was to much for the reception staff, they gave me extra beverages for my room and an extra pillow and even helped me to my room with my luggage.

I would definitely stay here again when flying in or out of Gatwick.
