About Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel

In the heart of London’s avant garde creative quarter, a £25million transformation has taken place. Just 50 metres from the iconic steps of the British Museum and a short stroll to Covent Garden, Bloomsbury landmark the Radisson Edwardian Marlborough hotel has re-launched as the 4-star deluxe Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street. With174 spacious, ergonomically designed rooms and state-of-the-art technology as standard, the Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street offers the contemporary style, sense of easy luxury and commitment to intelligent technology – high-speed wireless and wi-fi printing are complimentary throughout – that have become hallmarks of Radisson Edwardian’s thirteen properties across London and Manchester.

Public area aesthetics are inspired by the works of Bloomsbury set novelist Virginia Woolf, and across the slate-tiled lobby, natural, earthy tones lend a pleasantly informal vibe to the chic new Bloomsbury Street Bar Restaurant. Menus here showcase the best British ingredients of each season, prepared with skill by renowned head chef Redmond Hayward.

We stayed at the Raddison to watch a show and take in a meal at Covent garden.

The hotel is modern with fantastic rooms, all have flat screen tv's with connectivity, and the bathrooms are fantastic with walk in showers with modern tiling and accesories.

The staff are friendly, particularly the Concierge for who nothing is too much trouble.

I would reccomend a stay as the central location is great for theatreland, Covent Garden etc...highly reccomended.

We have been fortunate enough to stay in some excellent hotels around the world including The Wynn (Las Vegas), The Ritz Carlton South Beach (Miami) and can easily say that the Radisson Bloomsbury is equal to if not better than these hotels with respect to its customer service. The level of this service is second to none the staff are both polite and courteous and will do all they can to accommodate your needs. We had the pleasure of meeting Kumar who is the Guest Relations Manager at the hotel and is a credit to the Radisson Edwardian family. The hotel itself is beautiful and the restaurant is extremely comfortable with an excellent menu. London is very competitive when it comes to hotels and restaurants but I highly recommend not only staying in this hotel but dining in the restaurant. This is the only place we’ll be staying for our next and future visits.

Thanks once again for all your help Kumar it was a great couple of days made all the better by the hotel and your outstanding service.

Although we only stayed there one night, the service, quality of the surroundings and general feel of the whole hotel helped make the stay very special

Well located, nice rooms, boutique feel.

Well located, two blocks from British Museum. Walking distance from Tottenham Court Tube station. Close to many West End theatres. Clean, boutiquey feel. Rooms seem bigger than your average London...

Well located, two blocks from British Museum. Walking distance from Tottenham Court Tube station. Close to many West End theatres. Clean, boutiquey feel. Rooms seem bigger than your average London hotel. Just beware if you are sensitive to perfume as they use quite a bit of aromatherapy in the lobby.

Be careful with the WiFi - it is free, so DON'T plug into the hardline in the room - that one costs money.
