We stayed at this location the first four nights in England, the room was large enough for Britain standards, located on the west bound M4. Parking was free with the room, coffee and tea in the room or better yet, coffee was available next to the motel. We only found two faults, and they were not that bad, the motel needs an update, an no phones. We also booked our last night here as it was close to Heathrow, but beware that if you do not have a car this place is not for you. We booked online with the motels web site at a great price, 19 pound for two people per night in a queen bed. Next time when we return to England I will be considering this location.

We stayed here for 1 night a couple of weeks ago before we flew from Heathrow the next day. Typical Travelodge - it was clean, roomy, large bed and as we didn't arrive til about 10pm, then we literally went straight to bed and were up at 6.30am. Overall a pleasant enough stay, would stay again but only if we paid L29 which I thought was reasonable enough.

This is the second time I've stayed at this travelodge (east bound)but since the last time standards seem to have gone downhill. My main reason for booking was the price - only L19 a night and the fact that it was ok last time.

First problem was at check in when the receptionist had no record of me pre-booking which took a while to resolve even after I had produced my confirmation. Next problem was that I was given a key to someone else's room, obviously not knowing this until I let myself in and saw their belongings lying about. Fortunately they weren't in but I felt that I had invaded their privacy and wondered how easily the same could happen to me. As a female travelling alone this put me on edge all night and couldn't wait to leave the next day.

When I eventually got to my room it was just ok but I've stayed in a lot better. For the price it doesn't seem right to complain but there was graffiti on the furniture, the window didn't lock properly, the sofa bed was badly stained etc... things that could quite easily be sorted and make it a much more pleasant stay.

Although I still think on the whole travelodge are good value for money and great for 1 or 2 nights, I wouldn't consider staying at this one in future.

This is our 5th time at the Westbound Travelodge, and at L9.00 per night we paid only L36.00 for 4 nights. We use it as a base. The room we had was fine. The bed was very comfortable as always, and the room was fine, with no flaws whatsover. We faced the inner garden as usual, and it was very quiet. The towels were big and fluffy, comparable to a 4* hotel. The TV had 8 channels, the tea and coffee were replenished whenever we asked. One tip which applies to most Bristish hotels without A/C is to take one of the minitower fans in summer. This kept the room nice and cool. Reception and housekeeping staff were pleasant and friendly. We drove to Hounslow West tube and parked the car for free and used the tube to visit relatives in Kensington, and got a day pass for a day out shopping and sightseeing in London. We were a fifteen minute drive from Windsor, just 3 junctions down the M4. A real bargain, and we will again use this hotel next year. Absolutely no problems with it, and a bragain to boot.

This Travel Lodge is on the East Bound side of the M4 motorway (There is another Travel Lodge across the road on the West bound as well). Its is part of a service station with garage, burger king, and Costa Coffee.

The hotel is small with about 40 rooms. Our was ensuite with TV, double bed and sofa bed.

The hotel appeared to have a bad damp problem. The reception said they had a had a bad water leak. And boy did it stink. The smell in the rooms as Ok but the ground floor corridoor skunk!

I stayed here for three nights when attending a training course and only paid L19 GBP per night which I think was a good deal. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom clean and tidy, but a little tatty here and there.

If you get a room at the back of the hotel it can be quite noisy as the M4 is just outside the window. Also there is no air conditioning at the hotel either.

The hotel is ideal if you just need a room when getting a flight from Heathrow airport as its quite nearby.

Parking is free, but you have to park in the service station area.
