Great way to start a holiday
We took the deluxe 15 day parking option and it was worth every penny.
The staff were, without exception, pleasant and helpful.
The meal in the Brasserie was very good and the lift to Terminal 5 prompt and efficient.
Our car was delivered to us on our return making everything very easy - if only the M25 had been clear of roadworks!
We would certainly use this again

Good Value package
Having an early flight (7:15AM) from terminal 5 we decided to use an airport hotel with parking package - the deluxe package at the Radisson Edwardian was excellent value with chauffeur driven transfer and a greet at terminal service to deliver our car at the end of our trip.
The hotel check-in was efficient and as a Goldpoints card holder very simple. The room a good size and very comfortable. The food in the Brasserie very acceptable and given that we had a 50% discount on food as part of the package was excellent value. Check out was simple - we just handed over the completed car / flight details form with our car keys to reception and the concierge already had our transfer car ready and waiting
