| Public transport: | Knightsbridge Underground - 5 min walk. From station walk into Sloane Street, to the right of Harvey Nichols. Turn left into Pont Street after 500 yards and the hotel is on the right hand side on the end of the street. |
| By Road: | From North - take M1 to A41 (West End) until you come to Hyde Park Corner. Proceed to Belgrtave Square and then on to Chesham Place. From South - take M3 to M25. Then, take M4 towards Knightsbridge (A316). Turn right at Beauchamp Place and continue to Pont Street. The Hotel is on the right hand side. From East - take M11 from Cambridge towards the city, to the embankment. Then from Parliment Square, go to Victoria and then Belgrave Square and then to Chesham Place. |

as a hotel owner, never seen such a management..
ı stayed 6 nights but wished to be there only 6 min. only. when arrived hotel they gave me room where you can feel like you are in technical departmant of the hotel..even you cant see outside from windows, cause all pipes ,ventilating and heating systems were surrounded front of windows. than very difficullity moved me another room but again very small room and bathroom where paying 240 pounds that cabin. you even dont have chance to have shower in bath tube....anyway, because of the exhibition in london no chance to find another hotel, everywhere was full.
everybody were mostly east europe people whom doesnt speak fluently english except concierge guy in hotel...waiters were gossiping at breakfast instead of serving...
there alot to say but one guy who thinks he is manager at hotel is really very special, i never seen in my life. he has to find other job instaedof hotel bussines. will never stay again.

Nice hotel...good, not great

Thank you for taking the time in posting your valuable comments regarding your recent stay with us at the Sheraton Belgravia.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused to you regarding room and bed type allocation. Please believe me that the problems you encountered during your recent stay are certainly not indicative of our usual high level of service.
In regard to the pricing issue of breakfast service; American breakfast is served until 11am in The Dining Room which includes buffet offerings at £21 per person. After 11am, the Dining Room closes for breakfast and American breakfast is offered at £15 per person as there is no further access to buffet offerings after this time.
Thank you once again for your feedback, which assists us in our ongoing efforts to improve our facilities and standards.
