The West End location is excellent. Step inside and everything at the Berkshire is designed to make you feel special – that means superior service and luxury levels but all without pretension.

The mood is sumptuous and tranquil. Rooms are individually designed and totally clutter free. Bedrooms feature all-leather beds with caramel leather padded headboards, velvet curtains, dark Wenge wood furniture and deep hand-made wool carpets. The effect is cocooning. I completely understand your point about our lifts but we are currently in nearing the end of a refurbishment of our guest lifts & expect to have them fully functional & better than before by the end of the week.

I hope that you will return to us soon & I would like to recommend our Ascots Restaurant for dining should you choose the stay with us again.
