Moss Cottage is a 16th Century Grade II Listed Building, located in the village of Pinner, 12 miles both from Central London and London's Heathrow Airport. The cottage is situated in a peaceful, leafy area of the village, on the corner of Moss Lane and Paines Lane. The London Underground station, 13th Century Parish Church and picturesque High Street are only 10 minutes walk away.

Pinner Underground Station on the Metropolitan Line is only 10 minutes walk away. Trains run frequently to Baker Street (Central London) and some trains continue through to Aldgate in the City of London, stopping at Kings Cross and Liverpool Street mainline stations. The journey time from Pinner to Baker Street is approximately 20 minutes.
The bus stop for the H12 route is 5 minutes walk away. Buses run frequently and will take passengers through Pinner Village to Rayners Lane Underground Station for the Piccadilly Line and Metropolitan Line (Uxbridge Branch). This is a quick way to get to Earls Court and the Kensington Museums. Travelling in the opposite direction the H12 passes through Hatch End and stops outside the Silver link Metro Station.
Pinner is an historic village in the county of Middlesex only 20 minutes from Central London by Underground. Remnants of the primeval forest (or weald), which once covered much of Middlesex, still survive in nearby Harrow Weald, together with the remains of ancient earthworks known as "Grimsdyke".
The village was formerly part of the Parish and Manor of Harrow, which was owned by the See of Canterbury until the Reformation in the 16th Century. The Headstone Manor House and outbuildings are nearby and have been restored as a Heritage Centre for the London Borough of Harrow.
