Totally and Utterly Compelling!

Having stayed in hotels in all over the World and in particular in London The Stafford beats them all into a cocked hat! It has recently beeen bought by a wealthy private individual I am told and I see that someone has warned us all to beware. Well that is not my experience. The rooms are quite outstanding, generous in proportion with many thoughtful extras. On my last visit service was seamless. The Concierge are the most helpful and knowledgable I have come across and the American Bar has the best staff ever, mixing formality with humour in a way that has become a dying art form. I love it! The Managers are always in evidence and seem to know everyone by name which all adds to the 'home from home' atmosphere that i have yet to experience elsewhere. Every time I go it just gets better and better. No Big Shots here just wonderful hospitality in a beautiful hotel. Long may it continue.
