The Marble Arch location is excellent. Step inside and everything at the Sussex is designed to make you feel special – that means superior service and luxury levels but all without pretension.
The mood is comfortable, stylish and modern. Rooms are individually designed and totally clutter free. They feature marble and granite bathrooms with Jacob Delafon suites; percale cotton bed linen, Wenge hardwood furniture and bespoke wallpapers and fabrics. All rooms also have Bang & Olafson TVs and guest-controlled air conditioning. Suites include specially commissioned designer furniture and Bose sound systems among many unique features. Security includes CCTV, throughout, and floor access by room key only.
The Sussex is home to two contemporary meeting rooms, which can each host up to ten guests. State-of-the-art AV, contemporary rooms and dedicated conference staff will ensure your meeting is a success.

Below average hotel in a great location
Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We have been in touch with the local council regarding the noise from the lorries passing by and we are working with them to prevent any deliveries from taking place during unsocial hours.
Regarding the drinks in the bar, the price for two in-house vodkas and two baileys is £29 and varies depending on the selection of vodka and mixers. Please accept my sincere apologies for the shortfalls during breakfast service. We are taking the necessary steps to ensure such drawbacks are rectified. I hope that you will change your mind and give us a chance not only to meet your expectations but also exceed them in the future. Warm regards.

Brilliant location for Oxford Street Shops & tube. Small rooms, good service

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to discover that you were allocated one of our smaller rooms on this occasion. Whilst a handful of our rooms tend to be considerably small, the majority of our double and deluxe rooms are of a decent size. Also, we are working closely with our contractors to improve the service of our lift. Your comments regarding our breakfast service are encouraging and will be shared with the team. Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to learn that you found your stay to be of poor value for money. Though Central London prices tend to be expensive, ours remain competitive in comparison to other hotels in the area. Due to the structure of our building, the rooms vary in size, however we also have a range of deluxe rooms that are larger. May I recommend you trying the rooms on the front side of our hotel, which provide more of a view. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion but I do hope you will provide us with an opportunity to serve you again and reinstate you confidence with us. Warm regards.
