I was on my study trip when I visited this hotel. The welcome given by the staff was great and the rooms were all tidy, neat and clean. The atmosphere around the hotel was calm and serene. I had to stay only for a night and had a good sleep as well. Some noises did came but I believe that was due to some problem another guy had in his room. The location near the river was just perfect to watch in the early morning hours. Service was fantastic, has a god meal and overall, a good hotel to stay in. Nice value hotel and cool place to stay in.

For a sub-£100 hotel within the M25 I couldn't fault the place - nicely furnished, comfortable room, nice breakfast, nice toiletries, quiet, free wifi nice bar area. Would definitely stay again.

The only minor disappointment was that the food was only ordinary - however I didnt even check in till after 9pm and they were still able to serve up a decent meal, so I can't complain too much.

This was my first visit to this hotel, I encountered an unfortunate hiccup when booking in, which happily was swiftly resolved, and I then thoroughly enjoyed a 3 nights stay, accompanied by 2 friends on one of these nights. I have spent a lifetime staying in hotels, ranging from Travelodges to the Burj in Dubai, and although I could never compare Harrisons, which has recently had a very expensive facelift, with the latter as far as facilities are concerned, it is far greater value for money, with a very friendly and welcoming staff, with a "hands on" enthusiastic youngish (!!) Manager, in a delightful location, with nice rooms, good parking, a lovely walled garden, and the food is lovely, which is a real bonus.

The only downside as far as I was concerned was with it's close proximity to a busy road, fortunately I had a side room towards the back of the Hotel, I would not be happy to have a front room.

Looking forward to my next stay when hopefully there will not be any hiccups on checking-in!

I was unimpressed

Tiny single room. Nice but overstretched staff. Chef's night off in the kitchen. Clearly recently redecorated. Goof location near the river. Unimpressed.

We stayed at the harrisons hotel over the weekend to visit nearby Hampton Court Palace and London. It is a fantastic, clean and modern hotel. Stayed in a single room, everything you could want in it, all brand new as the hotel has just been refurbished. Staff are all pleasant and helpful, and breakfast was lovely, full english and continental. This hotel is very good value for money, considering what other hotels in the area were charging that looked grotty with terrible reviews. The train station is a short walk down the road, train into waterloo took about 40 mins. There is plenty of parking opposite and when we checked out on the monday morning at eleven we enquired if we could leave our car on the car park as travelling into london and this was no problem. We were very impressed with this hotel and had a fantasic weekend. We will definately visit this hotel again.
