I'm a flight attendant and have traveled all over the world for 35 years. This is the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Wet plaster fallen down because of a leak in the ceiling, smelled like dead mice, dirty-torn carpet, the bars missing from the towel holder and toilet paper holder, no sink or tub plugs, almost every tile in the bathroom broken, 2 springs sticking up in my mattress!!! We had prepaid through an online booking company and they wouldn't give us our money back so were stuck here for 4 nights! Yuck, yuck, yuck! They ONLY good thing was that we didn't get bedbug bites! Oh, the phone didn't work either!

My worst experience ever. This is not a hotel - this is a crime! Dirt everywhere, bad smell, defective door locks, indifferent staff, no phone in the room as explained on their website, mould in the bathroom, minimum water pressure makes it difficult to take a shower, worn carpets with holes, terrible smell out of the tub plug hole. In the beds with the ancient saggy mattresses you have to expect to get seasick. When you check in they want to get paid in advance - once you have seen your room you know why. SERIOUS WARNING: Don't stay there!

It's horrible.

I do not recommend to any of my enemies to accomodate at Ascot Hyde Park in London. Is the most horrible hotel that I ever state: old furniture, broken and dirty carpet, bad smell everywhere. The restaurant is in a basement, in the small place , the furniture is jammed in the first world war: old furniture, with chairs and tablesbroken. Tables are covered with faces of plastic (vinyl) material. Do not ever never accommodated here - better sleep in Hyde Park which is close.
