I have alot to say but to try and shorten it.... If you want cheap this is cheap but what you get is value for money. Cold toast and cornflakes is your continental breakfast. Rooms cold, rooms noisey, no windows on locks. The first room i was given stunk, obviously had pipe problems, door on bathroom broken AND there was a hole on the wall which was stuffed with toilet paper. Windows are not double glazed you can hear everything, I originally asked for and had book on london30.com a twin room for me and my friend but we were given a double bed, we didnt mind been friends for years, but beyond the point we did not get what we booked. The sink that should be in the bathroom was in the bedroom so we had to clean our teeth next to our bed ??? room we had was spaicous but cold and not enough bedding to keep warm at night. Staff were friendly there was one male staff memeber who was rather to friendly and embarrassed me alot in front of strangers. I complained to London30.com who never replied, dont reccomend the hotel or website. Only good thing was the 5 minute walk to the coach and train station. But within that area there are alot of lovely looking B&Bs and hotels. If you have booked here i reccomend you phone in advance to ensure you have the room you want, you need to be adaptable and not fussy. We were gutted it was a long weekend away, girlie weekend shopping and going to see a show and wanted a nice warm, funky room. Rooms dont look as good in life as they do in the photos.

We wanted to be near the centre of London and next to Victoria Coach station .We were looking for a cheap accomodation , so we knew we would certainly have to deal with unpleasant things such as uncomfort , dirtiness , unkind staff ...But the rooms were rather fine , clean , the staff friendly ; we shared the bathroom and toilets but we didn't mind because they seemed always clean .So it's a fine and very cheap accomodation .We went twice to Elizabeth House Hotel and hope to go again next year .

The best thing was that the beds were comfortable and clean. Daily fresh towels. Poor bathroom: very dirty and old! Even dirtier than my studenthouse! Breakfast very poor: dry toast with cups of marmalade/milk&cornflakes and poor coffee or black tea. The people who work here are all from abroad; asia or russia and do not speak english very well. Location is good: only ten minutes walking from Victoria Station, neighbourhood is quiet and upscale.

It was so bad as soon as we saw room we walked straight back out, wouldn't let an animal sleep there.

It was awful, dirty, grubby, shabby and there was no way anyone in there right mind would want to sleep there. We walked in was shown the room and walked back out. It was booked as a gift along with...

It was awful, dirty, grubby, shabby and there was no way anyone in there right mind would want to sleep there. We walked in was shown the room and walked back out. It was booked as a gift along with a show but no refund was available only insults when we asked they insisted we had stayed there-no way YUK sooner sleep in street.
