Stayed in the Premier Inn for 2 nights to visit London for the weekend. Hotel was clean and tidy and rooms were good. Train noise was not a problem unless your a very light sleeper. Free parking and literaly about 5 minutes walk to Kenton Underground station. Rooms had a settee which was made up into a bed for our daughter and tea and coffee facilities are provided. Staff were helpful when asked and the Beafeater pub next door was good if a little bit pricey.

Car park full of glass - gave the impression my car wouldn't be intact when i returned to it.

Room (only one available) was at the back, by a railway line - the catch on the window was broken so couldn't even shut the sound out.

Air con was noisy.

We were in London for the Wembley Cup and were looking for somewhere cheapish where we could park easily. Free parking, right next to a tube station and only a couple of stops from Wembley it ticked all the right boxes for location.

The hotel itself has it's reception in the rear of the Travellers Rest Beefeater where they also have some rooms. The receptionist was very polite and efficient. They also have a very helpful notice at reception giving instructions on travelling on the tube to Wembley so it's obviously a popular place for people attending events.

Our room was in the separate block in the car park. The room itself is standard Premier Inn design and furnishing. Only disappointing thing was the hairdryer in the room had a sticker on it saying it had been tested and shouldn't be used - from 2 weeks prior to our visit! You'd have thought they could have fixed it or at least taken it away in that time..

We ate breakfast in the Beefeater both mornings we stayed. The selection wasn't particularly huge but perfectly adequate considering the price. The staff the first morning seemed particularly disorganised as when we wanted to pay for our breakfast the chap had to bumble about at a couple of tills firstly to produce our check and then to give us the receipt - we actually had the correct money ready and just wanted to go but it wasn't that easy! Second morning was completely different - a slick service from entry to exit!

The hotel is directly beside a high speed rail line. Despite our room being on the same side as the rail line we were not disturbed by it during the night and slept very soundly.
