Premier Inn Heathrow Airport (M4/J4)

We booked an overnight stay to break our journey from Pembrokeshire to Montreal. We travelled by coach to terminal 5 Heathrow, and then by Hoppa bus to the hotel. Everything went smoothly and we arrived at the hotel mid afternoon.

We found the reception staff friendly, polite and efficient. Our room was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed.

In the evening we ate in the restaurant which was busy with families, being half term but we were not kept waiting and our waiter was attentive and efficient. The food was delicious.

After a good night's sleep we had breakfast which was buffet style. There was a large variety to choose from and we ate extremely well. The restaurant prices are very reasonable.

Check out was quick and the hoppa bus collected us from the rear entrance.

I can honestly say that my husband and I have nothing negative to say about this experience and would certainly recommend the Premier Inn to travellers. We will have no hesitation in staying there again.

Stayed for 1 night after arriving from Aberdeen and before my Saturday midday flight to Kuala Lumpur...Was very pleased to obtain an excellent rate of L42 including breakfast, via Skoosh.com.

Just a 5 minute "Hotel Hoppa" bus journey from my terminal and I was soon in the Premier Inn. Check in was fast and friendly.

My room was clean and the bed comfortable. Bathroom facilities were excellent. My only complaint is that the TV was so far up on the wall so as to give neck-strain.

I had my evening meal and a drink in the hotel's restaurant, which was busy, if a little cramped. Service was excellent from both the restaurant and reception staff.

Had a comfortable night's sleep, despite some noise disturbance from the room next door who decided to keep their TV on all night, and bang doors at random... It certainly doesnt help that the TVs are bolted to the wall and therefore the noise carries to the next room.

Treated myself to a full-English breakfast from the self-service buffet as soon as it opened. Excellent value-for-money.

Then a stress-free bus ride to Terminal 3 , with the bus stopping directly outside reception.

A very reasonable stay. Move the TVs off the walls and it would have been excellent.

Stayed here en-route to the USA and was very suprised at the above average experience.

Premier Inn's are budget-conscious hotels, similar to Travelodge, and are very popular in the UK. This hotel is priced well above the UK average for a Premier Inn, but it is very handy for Heathrow Airport and below the area average.

I was a little worried about possible noise, as it very close to the M4 Motorway, but the rooms were well insulated and I did not hear anything.

The restaurant was very good and both dinner and breakfast was excellent, with a very good choice, especially breakfast, which was one of the best I've had in a while and a bargain at L7.50.

The Hopper shuttle bus from Heathrow runs two or three times an hour and takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Overall a great stay and I would recommned this property to anyone.
