Hilton London Metropole is right in the heart of London - just 10 minutes from Oxford Street and close to all the famous tourist attractions. The hotel is only 15 minutes from Heathrow airport via the Heathrow Express rail link which terminates at Paddington Station.

This modern hotel has everything you need to make your trip to London a truly memorable one. With a great choice of 1054 bedrooms including family rooms, executive rooms and suites with high speed internet access.

The hotel dining options include Nippon Tuk, an Asian Fusion restaurant on the 23rd floor with spectacular views of London. We were very disappointed to hear you were not satisfied with your stay, and would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Whilst we appreciate that you did request your room to be smoking, as stated on our website no request can be guaranteed, and will be subject to availability upon arrival. Your comments regarding the overall condition of the room have been noted, and passed on to the relevant departments for their review and action.

Our in-room mini-bars are designed to enhance the convenience of our guest rooms. However, we do also have 24 hour Room Service available, which we would recommend should our bars and restaurant be closed. We keep our facilities open to accommodate our guests’ needs, and operate extended opening hours on a regular basis.

There is also a manager on duty 24 hours, so should you wish to speak to someone this is always possible. We are here to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, and are on hand to help with any request.

Once again, please accept our apologies if we failed to meet your expectations on this occasion. We hope that you will make the decision to return to our hotel, so we can have the opportunity to restore your faith in the Hilton London Metropole.
