Worst hotel stay ever

All rooms in the Hotel are of a different size and shape as they are in any property of this age in Central London.
Concerning your comments on the furnishing we are pleased to advise that we are currently replacing the guest elevators and working towards refurbishing and updating all of our bedrooms and the public areas
