Stayed here as part of a tour/learning group. It was terrible. The bathrooms were so dirty I had a wear shoes because the floor would turn my socks black with dirt. The shower was disgusting (see pictures) and the beds were uncomfortable. When seeing how dirty the bathroom was, I didn't want to think about how dirty the feather duvet or the pillow were. When I checked into my three-bed room, the window was open and I had to climb up on the counter to reach it. With my roommate's help, we had to slam it shut together because it was jammed.

I stayed on the fourth floor (?). The lift only goes up to the first level, so I had to haul my luggage up 78 stairs.

I stayed at the hotel for 10 days. On a Thursday, the battery in the fire detector was dying so the thing would beep every minute. I had to write in the maintenance log about my issue, and I was told it would not be remedied for four days as the maintenance man wouldn't be back to work until Monday. I had to listen to the beeping for four days. The ceiling was too high to reach the detector or I would have changed the darn battery myself!

The only good part about the hotel was the location and that they had free computer access in the mouse-trap laden kitchen/lounge in the basement. Would I stay here again? Not if they paid me!

Awful, very dirty, unkind people.

Awful. We booked a twin room with private facilites, and when we arrived at the hotel we found out that the booking was not properly done. At first, they gave us a twin room with shared facilities, and finally we slept in a room for three people with private facilities, but... the bathroom was the dirtiest thing we have ever seen! people in the reception did nothing to solve our problem, so we were so angry we left after the first night.

The atmosphere was very bad, and they didnt help us with the luggage at all.

I think it is too expensive for the crappy facilities it offers...
