Some staff were excellent (eg the guy who fixed my wi-fi connection), but others could barely speak English. The wi-fi, even when connected, was very slow - almost too slow to be usable. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. But the milk at breakfast was off and the breakfast staff spoke very little English.

Booked hotel 3 weeks before travel . Difficult to find somewhere for I adult, 2 pensioners and 2 teenage boys 14 & 16 but this hotel fit the bill. Comfortable clean suite with 2 double beds and a single (not a camp bed ) and not cramped at all.Bathroom/kitchen with excellent shower. We all had good nights sleep and no noise from road.A bedside table and chair would have made it a little more comfortable for sitting .Breakfast was cereal , juice and unlimited toast with tea/coffee.Rooms cleaned, beds made and towels changed daily. All in all a good base for visiting London.

For Tube we bought an off peak daily Travelcard (if you use family Railcard it is reduced)4 adults one child £21.00 for all zones per day.

Travelcard also gets a third off city cruises.

Dear Guest

Our hotel has 3 quin rooms and are allocated on arrival at the hotel. We know rooms that sleep five 5 people are very hard to come by and normally families of this size have to book between 2 - 3 rooms to accomodate everyone . So we think we are making families of 5 happy by providing this service as a much more afforadable and convenient option.

We have tried hard to make all our rooms unique as the building and size of the property dictate . Our quin rooms all vary in size and located throughout our building . However they all look similair and well appointed

The room you stayed in : Has a 32 " plamsa tv, 32 Frieview channels, Free WifFi access in the room , private shower and toilet which are separated areas, a Kitchenette , 2 double bed and a single bed . All located on the ground floor for easy access . All for £150 per night which is extremely reasonable for £30 per person per night in central London including VAT and breakfast.

We did our best to make you happy but at that stage i think your mind was made up .

This is the first ever time someone has not liked this room ( Room 62) . All of our previous guests have commented on how lovely the room was . I do believe myself that the room is one of the best in the area and in our rate category .

As a hotel owner/manager its always hard to make absolutely everyone happy. We do try our best to keep these numbers high. We listen to our guests comments and are always trying to improve the hotel. In this case in particular I feel we have really tried to make you happy . I dont feel the pictures you have taken reflect the room properly at all. I will be encouraging all guests who stay in this room to leave us feedback on the room as I am sure from past performance that the comments will be positive.

Relating to your views regarding the multiplug situation, this was a temporary problem which has now been rectified .

Many thanks

Patrick

Stayed two nights with a friend on a leisure break. Very good location to both Kings Cross & St Pancras stations and the underground.

Room was small but compact, had all the basic needs. Could have done with a good dust in the drawer's, but otherwise I was very happy with the general cleanliness of the room.

We had to go over the road to another hotel for breakfast which was the only down side to the stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The tideness and the room service are facilating.

It was a outstanding holiday with the colleagues and the perfect choice of the perfect hotel.

It has fullfilled our expectation in modernisation.
