Have stayed here several times now and after staying in many London hotels I have to say this is the best value, quiet and comfortable. Staff are polite, breakfast is my favourite out of all hotel breakfast buffets because it is fresh and there is a good variety available, dinner was also fine given that it was free. Also you can use the pool and gym so you can have a nice relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of central london. A good bet.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for a few nights. The hotel is nice enough - basically a typical soulless corporate style hotel. Rooms were well presented and comfortable. Good breakfast. Location is good if you just need to get in and out of Heathrow, but a hassle to get anywhere else. Basically the only way to get around is by minicab or if you have your own car. I'd recommend choosing a hotel that is within walking distance to a tube stop to make it quicker and easier to get into central London.

Hotel staff booked a minicab for us, who tried to charge us double the normal rate for the trip we took. When I told the concierge the next day, he wasn't the slightest bit interested.

I found it amusing that the hotel bar (called "Dr Driscoll's Medicinal Ales" or something like that), didn't actually have any ales on hand-pull. Out of the hundreds of breweries that do great British ales, it'd be nice to see just one hand pull.

Internet access is priced extortionately (GBP8 for one hour, or GBP25 for 24hrs) and was very slow.

The Crowne Plaza - Heathrow, London offers great value for money. The hotel came in at the same cost as a budget hotel, and we stayed B&B. The hotel offers everything you would expect in a 4* hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Bedrooms were delightful, bed was comfy & clean linen. Bathroom spotles, and you are provided chunky white robes, brilliant. There is tea/coffee/hot chocolate & biscuits provided in you bedroom and 2 glass bottles of water. There is a very well stocked fridge... Remember if you take an item out of the fridge, your account is charged straight away! There is a desk provided & Internet / keyboard. The hotel has a large car park, however we were dissapointed with the fee of £12. Heathrow Airport is very close, however we didnt seem to notice any noise above.

This was a great choice for our last night in England. Commercial Transportation (city bus) to Heathrow Airport was easy, convenient & inexpensive. The room was great. Come early & enjoy it The dining room style was too modern for my taste, but the menu choices were OK. We would do it again.
