Stayed in the newly refurbished annex - the room was a grey box with no comforts at all. For a business traveller space was impossible, nowhere to plug in laptop or get internet access. Bathroom had cracked toilet and taps were not even fitted. Not even a glass for your water - no tea or coffee facilites and duvet was too short to cover me and I'm only 5ft tall!

Rubbish - a disgrace to the Four Seasons brand.

This was a 'OK' hotel. No lifts so have to carry your luggage up narrow windy stairs. We had a twin room & it was small but clean. The bathroom was extremely small! you could wash your hands while sitting on the toilet & not much water pressure in the shower. Key kept getting stuck in door (it took 5min's getting the key in & out of the door each time!) & response from reception was that, that door has always had problems... no apologies!!!

Very close to Baker St station & great location for visit to Madamme Tasauds. Would recommend for budget traveller.

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. I had booked a triple room as I was travelling with my two children. On arrival we were told the room was unavailable and we were offered two rooms. When I objected to this, the receptionist turned to my young son and asked him if he would be too afraid to sleep on his own. we ignored this verbal bullying and then we were offered a triple room in a nearby but lesser quality hotel.

They refused to refund the difference in price and were extremely unhelpful.

Never never never would I recommend this hotel.

Ate there yesterday with business colleagues. They are having a Chinese week at present albeit you can have the normal menu on special request. A vegetarian Client had to ask for vegie chinese dishes and it was no problem whatsoever.

The Mango and Mango sweet was a bit creamy for me - but the other courses - particularly the prawns in spicy sauce were excellent.

Colleagues who couldnt manage with chopsticks asked for cutlery and this was again no problem whatsoever.

I noted a couple of families dining with children and again, this was accepted and presented no problem.

Tables well spaced and the service was second to none. Wine waiter knew his stuff.
