The reception was very kind and helpful; the room was very acceptable for this kind of hotel, as well as the technical installations. The Hotel is situated in a good and central position in London. It's simple to take the underground or Bus to visit the city. The staff is more jovial and caring. In my opinion for the tourist that want a nice price hotel but with all the services I suggest this choice. We will be back to Limegrove. See you soon.

I have to say that I was surprised in a comfortable way because I also was sceptical after reading reviews when I had booked a room at Limegrove. The reception was very kind and helpful, the room was very acceptable for this kind of hotel, as well as the technical installations. It´s that kind of "London charme" that I have learned to know several times before and which I am content with for this price. The location is superb, Victoria Station round the corner, a very good starting point for tourists.

After all, I enjoyed staying there for three nights,

We stayed here with the advice from a travel book. Also, it was a good central location. While the neighborhood and location is good and close to Victoria Coach Station, the B and B was so bad. We entered thru this tiny corridor where we were checked in, there is no lobby-just you, all your luggage and a bunch of other people cramped against the wall. Then we were shown to our room in the basement. Our bathroom down the hall. I've stayed in other B and B's in London and even in a lower floor but never in one that really felt like the basement! We had fold up medal chairs in the room and when I put my clothes in the wardrobe closet, the door fell off the hinges. We were so tired after traveling and wanted to rest but the room depressed us so much we decided to go out anyway. The breakfast was the worst -we will never stay there again and can't believe that any book would recommend the place. They need to clean up their act.

We were a Kiwi American family traveling on a budget to Europe and stayed at the Limegrove for 4 nights in September 08. For the price this modest B&B was acceptable and more than met our expecatations. Our room was clean and roomy - if somewhat sparse and threadbare (a little like the rest of the B&B). The beds were old - but firm and reasonably comfortable. The shower in our room didn't work - but as we were not expecting in room facilities that was fine. The location is central and very convenient - 5-10 mins walk from Victoria Station. For the price and for those who are there to enjoy and explore London (and are really only looking for a place to sleep,) this was fine. Just set your expectations correctly.
