The pictures are not the same when u came to the hotel. The room look much bigger in pictures but when u can to the hotel it's much smaller. Bad smell. And service was not good at all. We booked for 3nights, when we came they book wrong room, so we got 2 small rooms instead the one we ask for. We did not have any second chance to get bigger or refund back, even we did stayd for more then 10mins. My children was tired, the services was bad so I paid the stupid bill for 1night. And book at Mostyn, just 10meters and closer to Oxford street. The pirce I paid for not booking at internet was £2000 for 3nights, for me it was no problem. As long as we got good service and my fam is happy. Never ever going back to this (--). Dont know why people says it's good and nice place to stay. this is bad people. stay away!

We stayed for two nights booking a twin and double room, yes these were very small but perfectly adequate for a short stay in a very good location. The staff were very helpful and our rooms were nice and clean, Kids said their room was rather noisy with squeeky boards but the buildings are old. We shall return.

Not high-class but honestly very good, friendly staff, in Central London...everything a low-budget traveller needs!

The Hotel is near Marble Arch and only 5 minutes away from Oxford Street. We paid just £20 p.p./p.n.!!! It was clean, room was tiny and tidy but ok. We had everything we needed...shower in the room...

The Hotel is near Marble Arch and only 5 minutes away from Oxford Street. We paid just £20 p.p./p.n.!!! It was clean, room was tiny and tidy but ok. We had everything we needed...shower in the room, even tv, coffee/tea-making facilities. Staff was very friendly. The only strange but also good and interesting thing was, that u had to pick up your breakfast in the evening. But there is a small fridge in every room where u can keep it, so no prob with that. For people, who don't come to London to stay in there hotel and for those who have a small budget is this place perfect. I can highly recommend it and would also stay there again!
