Booking tickets with visitlondon.com is safe and secure. We work with a small collection of trusted partners to provide you with easy online booking, including Golden Tours, Encore, Expedia, Superbreak, Hostelworld and Ticketmaster.

I didn't receive my booking confirmation

Please check the junk mail folder in your email account.

Which company name will appear on my credit/debit card?

If you have only booked items with Golden Tours, Golden Tours will appear on your card statement. If you have booked a London Pass only, or products with Golden Tours and London Pass (in the same transaction), London & Partners Ltd will appear on your card statement.

Who do I contact if I need to change my booking?

Where do I collect my tickets for the London Pass?

If you have selected the Delivery option, the passes will be sent to the address you supplied.

The London Pass Desk is opposite the Garrick Theatre. Open seven days a week 10:00 to 16:30. Closed 25 and 26 December and 1 January.

Please take picture ID, passport or driving licence and the original credit card (if one was used) when you pick up your pass(es). You may not be able to collect your passes without these documents.

Where do I collect my Golden Tours tickets?

The tickets will be sent to you (normally by email). Please contact Golden Tours if you have any problems.
